War doctrine

1. Citizen Credits fuel your faction.

Every wallet with lifetime Citizen Credits is deterministically assigned to one of nine districts—three in the Overcity and six in the Underground. The same wallet always strengthens the same faction.

2. Relative strength unlocks landmarks.

District growth is measured against the current dominant district. Falling behind slows landmark unlocks—from Whisper Cells to full Ascendancy—until your faction rallies.

3. The war escalates with total credits.

As total Citizen Credits rise, Alpha City escalates through war eras—from the first whispers of betrayal to the final battle for liberation. The whole community drives the narrative forward.
